“Our two friends came at the right time!We tried the recently arrived Heaven’s Legacy #2 Gushu Ripe.
The rich creamy fragrance complemented the ginseng component.
It does not taste like a 2022 tea.
This is because we used 2019 pure Nannuoshan gushu materials and fermented it to about 70 %.
There was a three year period of resting as loose tea before pressing.
Apart from the fermentation technique, the materials are also important.
Although fermenting gushu can be somewhat of a waste, the flavour definitely stands out!”
