"Most places by March of 2009 had buds sprouted but because of the overly dry conditions this year, most teas were not ready by March. However, due to lush and prime environment of the growing area, we were able to finish picking by the end of March. The effect of the drought is present in the tea. It is packed with complex and dynamic aromatics."
